Valentin and Nicolas — 27 years old, one Franco-Argentine, one Argentine. We found a premium private estancia on the banks of the Río Paraná in Zárate and turned it into something we'd want to experience ourselves.

Slow-cooked over open wood fire, watched over by a gaucho with a lifetime of practice. Empanadas, chimichurri, Malbec under the ombú trees. A ritual that takes all afternoon.
Sunrise across the open pampas on horseback. Whether your first ride or hundredth, these horses carry something the land has given them. You will feel it immediately.

Every day is a little different. This is just one possibility.
Wake to birdsong and the sound of horses. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Río Paraná. Out to the field — chukkers, stable time with the grooms, or simply watching the ponies being readied.
Polo alongside professionals, or a private lesson at your pace. Lunch follows Argentine time — slow, inevitable. Wood-fire asado, empanadas criolla, Malbec that stretches the afternoon long.
The golden hour is yours. A sunset ride across the pampas, a cold glass on the terrace watching the horses come in. Dinner at the long table — unhurried, always with good wine and better company.
